RHUBARB CHARD Seed

USED AS GREENS: Rhubarb Chard replaces spinach during the hot summer months and is easy to grow as beets. The leaves are usually cooked like spinach. The midribs are excellent creamed or as a substitute for asparagus. Rhubarb Chard is beautiful in table and floral decorations.

American Purple Top Yellow RUTABAGA Seed

American Purple Top Yellow Rutabaga: The standard yellow variety with purplish coloring in the upper portion which is above ground. Has a small taproot, is fine textured with a sweet mild flavor. Ruta Bagas are also called Swedish Turnips or Russian Turnips.
SOWING ... Plant rutabaga seed outdoors as soon as the soil can be worked. Plant in rows 2 feet apart, spacing rutabaga seed 1 inch in the row. Bloomsdale Long Standing SPINACH Seed

New Zealand SPINACH Seed

USED AS GREENS: This is not a true Spinach, but the leaves resemble Spinach leaves and are produced in abundance on stems a foot or more in length. New Zealand Spinach will grow in hot weather when other Spinach will not produce. A short row in your garden will furnish nice "greens" all summer. Try this variety of spinach this growing season.
