Yankee Gardener Recipes
Yankee Gardener's Fresh Garden Vegetable Dip
Serves 6-81 cup fresh sour cream
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 Tablespoons fresh green onions, diced and shredded
1 1/2 Tablespoons fresh picked dill weed, minced
1 1/2 Tablespoons fresh picked parsley, minced
1 Tablespoon all purpose seasoning (Your Favorite)
1/2 teaspoon fresh peeled garlic, finely minced (Optional)
1 serving plate filled with your favorite dipping vegetables
Blend together the sour cream and mayonnaise in a chilled bowl. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Chill for at least one hour to allow all the flavors to blend.
Serve with your favorite cut up dipping vegetables or potato chips. Enjoy the moment.
